Job summary

Willis Towers Watson in Boston is offering a Health and Group Benefits Co-op. You will work beside top consultants, progress toward becoming a future thought leader, and engage in client-facing activities across health benefits consulting.

The role includes project management, data analysis, and collaboration with pharmacy, wellbeing, and compliance experts. A hybrid schedule with 2–3 days in-office is encouraged, and undergrad candidates should be 2nd or 3rd co-op with May 2027–May 2028

Qualifications

• Must be part of the Northeastern University co-op program and pursuing a relevant degree.
• Minimum overall GPA of 3.25 and demonstrated strong client service skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication and ability to work independently or in teams.

Responsibilities

• Project-manage strategic projects to support consultants’ day-to-day client service.
• Collaborate with internal subject matter experts to respond to client questions promptly.
• Learn health products and programs and evaluate vendor offerings and contracts.
• Design, distribute, and evaluate surveys and RFP responses.
• Assist with financial analyses including pricing, contributions, and reserves.
• Build relationships with colleagues, clients, and vendor partners.
