You will be responsible for revenue and profitability across client accounts and projects, set strategic direction, and nurture external client relationships while guiding internal teams to deliver market-leading solutions.

Qualifications

• What you need to have: Proven track record of initiating new opportunities and winning new business in health and benefits consulting.
• Strong expertise in benefits design, renewal strategies, and client engagement management.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, and client satisfaction.
• Strong relationship management experience and business acumen.
• Understanding of how benefits work within the overall human capital landscape.
