University of Mississippi Medical Center is seeking an Intelligence Analyst in the Operations & Population Health Intelligence Team to transform data into actionable insights and develop dashboards and reports. You will work with stakeholders to document business and technical requirements, promote effective use of analytics tools, and ensure data accuracy and consistency across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or information systems with 1 year of analytics experience.
• Epic certification or accreditation required within 6 months post-hire.
• Experience with SQL reporting in healthcare preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and visualizations within the Epic ecosystem.
• Build queries and reports using Epic data models to meet business needs.
• Analyze clinical, financial, operational, and patient data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and data-driven solutions.
• Monitor data quality and implement improved analytics standards and methodologies.
• Create specifications, technical documentation, and end-user training materials.
