Job summary

TurnCare, Inc. is seeking a Business Insights & Analytics Analyst to translate complex business and clinical data into actionable insights that drive growth in a regulated hospital-facing environment.

The role blends deep data analysis with strategic storytelling, partnering across Commercial, Marketing, Finance, Clinical, Product, and Operations to connect data from CRM, financial, clinical, utilization, and market sources into a holistic view of performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Finance, or a related field.
• 3–6+ years of experience in business analytics, strategy, BI, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with ability to translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik Sense).
• Experience handling large or multiple datasets from disparate systems.
• Strong presentation and data storytelling skills.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
• Excellent attention to detail and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze internal and external data to identify growth opportunities, performance gaps, risks, and trends.
• Move beyond reporting to answer why, so what, and recommended actions.
• Develop analyses informing strategic decisions across commercial, product, and clinical strategies.
• Evaluate performance against goals and KPIs and identify drivers of results.
• Form hypotheses, test with data, and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Surface the questions leadership should be asking and contribute to ad hoc analyses for leadership.
• Support strategic initiatives, business reviews, and executive decision-making with data.
• Analyze customer lifecycle, adoption, expansion, and account health to inform strategy.
• Assess sales cycle, win rates, pipeline quality, and market segments for growth drivers.
• Prioritize resources and coverage based on account and market potential.
• Own territory planning and insights as a backbone for coverage strategy.
• Collaborate with Commercial Excellence and Sales Leadership to improve forecasting and performance management.
