Job summary

US Acute Care Solutions is seeking a Clinical Informatics Analyst to translate business needs into analytical solutions that improve healthcare delivery and operational efficiency. You will collaborate with clinical and operational teams to deliver data-driven insights and develop dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

The role emphasizes data governance, cross-functional partnership, and staying current with healthcare analytics trends and regulatory reporting.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Health Informatics, Public Health, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Data Analyst in a healthcare analytics environment.
Experience with clinical data (EHRs, claims, billing) and large-scale healthcare data systems.
Exposure to healthcare quality reporting or regulatory requirements (CMS, HEDIS) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Translate business needs into detailed data and reporting requirements.
Develop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using SQL, Excel, Power BI, or Tableau.
Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT teams to deliver data-driven solutions.
Validate data pipelines and ensure data quality and integrity.
Document analytical methods, data sources, and assumptions.
