Job summary

Kaufman Hall is seeking an AVP, Healthcare Data and AI to lead the development and deployment of advanced analytics and AI-enabled capabilities for healthcare benchmarking and insights. You will design analytical foundations, data models, and scalable solutions that empower consultants to access, analyze, and apply complex healthcare data.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years in data science, strong Python/SQL skills, and experience with large datasets, healthcare analytics, and business intelligence

Qualifications

7+ years of progressive data science, advanced analytics, AI-enabled analytics and/or other relevant experience.
Experience with large data models, healthcare finance, healthcare operations, or healthcare analytics preferred.
Proficiency in Python and experience with SQL, PySpark, BI tools, and cloud data platforms.

Responsibilities

Develop, deploy, and maintain analytical models, algorithms, and AI-enabled capabilities for healthcare benchmarking and insights generation.
Translate business requirements into scalable analytical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders across teams.
Evaluate and manage large, complex healthcare datasets and maintain robust documentation and reproducible workflows.
