Job summary

Fallon Health is seeking Health Aides/CNAs to provide personal care, light housekeeping, and assistance with ADLs in a supportive environment. This role includes assisting with daily living activities in participant homes and at the PACE center. You'll work with a dedicated team to ensure high-quality care while enjoying competitive pay at $20/hr to start and additional incentives for off-hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Completion of an approved Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program is highly desirable.
• Certification as a Home Health Aide or Nursing Assistant is desired.
• One year of experience working with a frail and/or older adult population.

Responsibilities

• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) for participants both at the PACE center and in their homes.
• Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team for continuity of care.
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for participants.
