Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides guidance to HAS staff, ensures compliance with procedural, legal, and administrative requirements, and supports workload data integrity and program success at both Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) and the main facility.
• Directs staffing, recruitment, promotions, awards, training, and disciplinary actions; supports performance management and achievement of organizational goals.
• Assists in budget formulation, justification, execution, and financial reporting; participates in budget defense and resource allocation discussions.
• Interprets administrative policies and develops local procedures; participates in development and implementation of administrative management policies.
