The Nursing Program Coordinator is primarily responsible for the successful planning and execution of multiple projects to achieve Nursing, IS and UVMHN business objectives. The Nursing Program Coordinator is a specialist in project management, advanced administrative functions and may be assigned to high risk, complex, enterprise and cross-departmental projects. The incumbent may work with UVMHN Network Directors, Vice Presidents and project leaders from clinical, administrative and IS departments. The Nursing Program Coordinator utilizes a structured methodology to plan and implement projects; and when required, analyzes organizational systems and processes and makes recommendations for operational improvements. Additionally, this incumbent works closely with assigned Network Directors and Network Vice Presidents to assist with administrative functions. This position will also work closely with the Network Central Resource Management Team to support onboarding.
This position will support the deployment, activation, operations and evaluation of a virtual care model working with local vendors, community partners, patients and families.

This is a grant funded position with an anticipated duration of 3 years, renewed at one-year intervals. Position is salary and benefitted.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. Will consider equivalent work experience.
2 years of project management experience and advanced administrative skills required. Strong experience in Nursing/Medical customer service preferred.
