Job summary

New Era Cap LLC is seeking an Associate Artist, Graphic Operations (Headwear Key Account) in Buffalo, NY. The role supports template and artwork deliverables across product development and graphic operations teams, following direction from the Manager of Graphic Production Art.

Responsibilities emphasize problem solving in execution, adherence to league guidelines, and timely, accurate production of assets and reports for go-to-market initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) is required.
• Ability to learn and apply licensed sports league guidelines and logos.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating sales assets within time/action calendars.
• Submit designs for internal/external approvals and adjust per guidelines.
• Replicate artwork across leagues/teams with speed and accuracy.
• Review samples against tech packs for production accuracy.
• Utilize project tracking and product creation systems.
• Meet timelines for merchandising and go-to-market calendars.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain to ensure product accuracy for consumers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
