Job summary

New Era Cap, a Buffalo, NY based company, invites an Associate Artist, Graphic Operations (Headwear Key Account) to join our Product & Graphic Operations team. This role focuses on template support, artwork deliverables, and ensuring assets align with license guidelines for production across multiple leagues and teams.

You will help build graphics, tech packs, and BOM deliverables for headwear and apparel initiatives, while coordinating across design, product development, and sourcing to meet

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 0–1 year graphics experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel; PLM experience preferred.
• Portfolio is required for application to be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating sales assets within time and action calendars in collaboration with Product Development, Sourcing, and Product Line Management.
• Create and submit designs for internal and external approvals and apply required changes per league/team guidelines.
• Replicate artwork across leagues/teams with speed and accuracy.
• Execute various artwork requests as needed.
• Review prototype samples against tech packs for production accuracy.
• Understand and use New Era project tracking and product creation systems.
• Meet or exceed timelines for merchandising and go-to-market calendars.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments to ensure product accuracy for consumers.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Carry out other duties as assigned.
