Job summary

Jobot is seeking a Head Machinist in Brea, CA to set up and run cold heading machines. The role emphasizes interpreting blueprints, maintaining tooling, and producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced shop.

The candidate will train new team members, monitor production, and ensure equipment reliability while following process documents and schedules.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in cold heading or related machining.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
• Experience using precision inspection equipment.
• Experience with National, Okuma, or Waterbury machines.

Responsibilities

• Perform machine maintenance and tooling replacements as needed.
• Support and train new team members when required.

Responsibilities

Seeking an experienced Heading Machinist to set up, troubleshoot, and operate cold heading machines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role focuses on producing high-quality parts while maintaining equipment, following blueprints, and meeting production requirements.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a non-climate-controlled manufacturing environment.
