Jobot is seeking a motivated 2nd shift Machine Operator in West Covina, CA, to operate thread rolling equipment and produce precision metal components for aerospace applications. The role requires reading blueprints, handling precise measurements, and maintaining quality in a fast-paced production setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Reading blueprints and technical instructions.
• Basic math skills including fractions and decimals.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsabilidades

• Set up and operate thread rolling machines and related equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
• Use measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, gauges, comparators, and microscopes to verify part quality.
• Perform first-piece inspections and in-process quality checks to ensure product compliance.
• Monitor machine performance and report equipment or safety concerns promptly.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Follow quality management procedures, safety standards, and production requirements.
• Accurately complete production records and manufacturing transactions.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and maintain workplace organization standards.

Job Details

We are seeking a motivated Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team. This position is responsible for learning and operating thread rolling equipment used to produce precision metal components. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, mechanically inclined, and committed to producing high-quality parts in a fast-paced production environment.

5am to 1:30pm Monday-Friday

1:30pm to 10pm Monday-Friday

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Learn to set up and operate thread rolling machines and related production equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and manufacturing documentation.
