Job summary

Tru-fit Products in Medina, OH is seeking a highly organized Header Operator for 1st or 2nd shift to support manufacturing of cold forming headers.

You will operate and adjust the machine, load materials, inspect finished parts, and participate in safety and training programs. This is a full-time position offering overtime opportunities and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn.
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.
• Ability to lift 50 lb and stand 8 hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate machine and ensure performance requirements.
• Set up, adjust, and inspect finished products.
• Load materials and assist with packaging.
• Forklift operation (onsite training).

We are a family owned and operated business in Medina, OH that is seeking a highly organized and efficient cold forming header operator.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude & willingness to learn
• Grow your knowledge & skills through a wide-variety of training & on-the-job experiences
• Ability to work an 8-hour shift, 1st shift (7am-3:30pm), second shift (3:30pm-12:00)
• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent
• Ability to use basic hand tools, such as wrenches, micrometers.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• Stand for an 8-hour shift

Responsibilities

• Machine Operation: the machine is a cold forming header.—ensure the machine is running to the performance requirements
• Able to set up and make needed adjustments
• Inspect and measure finished products
• Load raw materials
• Packaging and Assembling boxes
• Forklift operation (onsite training)
• Follow all Safety Rules
