Job summary

Copper State Bolt & Nut Co. is seeking a Header Operator to join our Phoenix, AZ manufacturing team. You will set up and run header machines and related equipment to produce high-quality fasteners while meeting delivery, productivity, safety, quality, and housekeeping metrics.

• Set up and operate header machines and auxiliary equipment to produce high-quality fasteners.
• Perform daily maintenance on header machines and equipment.
• Conduct quality checks with gauges and visual inspection; document results where applicable.
• Synchronize machine actions for various operations on customized jobs.
• Ensure safety devices are on and functioning; follow Lock Out Tag Out procedures.
• Manually handle parts from work-in-progress to shipping containers.
• Prepare and maintain accurate records; keep area clean and orderly.
• Assist as a Trainer when needed and work in other plant areas on supervisor request.
