Job summary

Valley Forge & Bolt Mfg. Co. in Phoenix, AZ is seeking an experienced CNC Operator to produce high-quality fasteners on the production floor. You will set up machines, calibrate to specifications, and run daily production to meet tight tolerances.

The role requires reading technical drawings, using precision tools, and maintaining safety standards while supporting cross-shift continuity and quality assurance initiatives.

Qualifications

• Prior experience operating CNC machines.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Proficient in using hand tools and measuring equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and quality control skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate CNC machines to produce high-quality fasteners.
• Set up and calibrate machines according to specifications.
• Maintain specifications by observing drilling, grooving, and cutting; taking measurements; detecting malfunctions.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine-related problems.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment and comply with safety procedures.
• Document and communicate actions and needs across shifts.
• Accomplish organization goals by taking ownership of new requests and adding value.
• Other duties as needed or required.
