Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager of AI & Workforce Intelligence in Bellevue, WA. You will design and own automated data pipelines connecting Workday, finance and recruiting data, turning messy sources into a single source of truth for headcount decisions.

Leading AI/ML-powered insights and real-time dashboards, you will enable executives to act on workforce trends. You will collaborate with Finance, Recruiting, Employee Success, and Engineering leaders.

Qualifications

8+ years in data engineering, BI, or workforce analytics.
3+ years building automated data pipelines across multiple data sources.
Proficient with BI tools and dashboard design from scratch.
Practical AI/ML experience applied to business problems.

Responsibilities

Design and maintain an end-to-end data platform for workforce data across systems.
Develop AI/ML insights to forecast attrition, pipeline health, and capacity.
Build real-time dashboards serving executives and managers.
Automate headcount lifecycle actions from planning to onboarding.
Partner with Finance, Recruiting, and Engineering to deliver data solutions.
Stay current with AI/automation trends and document architectures.
