Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Senior Manager of AI & Workforce Intelligence within the Trust & Infrastructure Operations team. You will design, build, and automate intelligent systems that give leaders real-time visibility into headcount, hiring pipelines, and organizational health across a 5,000+ person engineering org.

You will integrate data from Workday and other sources, create self-sustaining automation pipelines, and deliver dashboards that are self-service and near real-time.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering, BI, or workforce analytics.
• 3+ years building automated data pipelines integrating multiple data sources.
• Proficient with modern BI dashboards including Tableau/Looker.
• Strong programming in Python/SQL for production automation.
• Experience applying AI/ML to business problems.
• Experience with HRIS systems like Workday.
• Excellent communication with non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work in ambiguity and greenfield projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and build an end-to-end automated data pipeline ingesting data from multiple sources.
• Create self-healing automated processes to detect data drift and anomalies.
• Own the full lifecycle of headcount data from requisition through backfill and attrition.
