Overview

As a Headcount FP&A Business Partner, you will own our global headcount forecasting process from end to end. Collaborating with HR, recruiting, Total Rewards, and FP&A teams, you will manage the headcount forecasting system, ensure consolidated reporting, and support business and finance queries. This fully remote role prefers PST timezone.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in finance, with experience in headcount and compensation modeling
• Proficiency with Workday, Anaplan, and BI tools like Tableau
• Experience in financial modeling and data analysis

Responsibilities

1. Oversee headcount financial models in Anaplan for forecasting
2. Partner with talent acquisition and HR to refine hiring assumptions
3. Assess quarterly performance and provide commentary for leadership
4. Analyze financial data to identify root causes and solutions
5. Enhance forecasting models in Anaplan with the solution team
6. Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to support business strategy
7. Work with analytics and TA teams to ensure data accuracy

Compensation

Our pay ranges are competitive and vary by geographic zone. For example, in the US, ranges are:

• Zone A: $135,300 - $180,400
• Zone B: $121,700 - $162,300
• Zone C: $112,300 - $149,700
