FINANCE ANALYST IV-COMMERCIAL/PM FINANCE

Job Overview

The Digital Data Networks (DDN) business unit of TE Connectivity is seeking a Commercial Financial Analyst. This role involves partnering with the business to drive revenue growth and cost savings through analytics, forecasting, and financial insights, supporting the DDN Sales Team.

Responsibilities

• Support Sales Team to enhance revenue and profit.
• Partner with regional Sales leaders to monitor and manage Opex, collaborate on headcount planning, analyze variances, and support decision-making.
• Assist in forecasting, strategic planning, and scenario analysis.
• Lead month-end close activities, including journal entries and reconciliations.
• Manage customer agreements related to shadow pricing, rebates, etc.
• Coordinate with legal entities to ensure GAAP compliance in journal entries and accruals.
• Maintain the DOA structure for the Commercial function.
• Develop understanding of key customers/OEMs and identify drivers to meet KPIs.
• Review customer payment terms, credit limits, and AR performance.
• Monitor daily transactions such as CR, RMA, and FOC requests.
• Perform ad hoc analysis as needed.

This is a remote role; residence near Harrisburg, PA is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting; CPA or MBA preferred.
• 3+ years in financial analysis or accounting, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong MS Excel, experience with databases, Tableau, SAP, Hyperion, PowerPoint.
• Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and innovation.
• Ability to work in a global, cross-functional environment and lead teams.
• Ownership attitude, effective communication, and influence skills.
• Proven process improvement results with internal controls.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $110,200 – $165,300, based on experience and location.
