Genesis10 is currently seeking an FP&A Analyst for a 9-month+ contract, 100% remote position.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop, improve, and maintain complex financial models.
2. Own end-to-end business and financial processes, including position management, governance, headcount forecasting, and expense management.
3. Meet with business leaders to provide financial insights and support long-term planning.
4. Track, analyze, and present performance metrics across business units.
5. Audit and review financial models for accuracy and updates.
6. Assist with financial and business studies, collaborating with other departments.
7. Establish processes for accurate and timely financial planning consolidations.
8. Analyze budget/forecast variances and review with management.
9. Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reports.
10. Conduct revenue forecasts and bookings consolidation.
11. Provide strategic and ad hoc analysis for key decisions.
12. Ensure reporting systems and data are accurate and reconciled.
13. Support development and implementation of tools and processes for forecasts.

Requirements:

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, or related field.
• 4+ years of financial analysis experience.
• Availability to work directly as a Genesis10 employee.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with online advertising and subscription revenues.
• Familiarity with Workday, Hyperion Essbase, Oracle Financials.
• Experience modeling bookings, revenue, headcount, expenses in an FP&A environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Understanding of accounting principles and revenue recognition.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to question financial models and suggest improvements.
• Effective time management and ability to work independently.
