Job summary

Inspire Brands, Atlanta-based, is seeking a Finance Analyst to partner with the Supply Chain team across all brands. The role focuses on month-end close, analytical support, and maintaining financial models to drive profitability.

Onsite four days a week at the Global Support Center, you will prepare variance analyses, budgets, and long-range plans, and work with suppliers and stakeholders to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in finance or accounting; 1-2 years preferred.
• Experience with supply chain and/or scaled purchasing analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process, including reconciling results vs. projections and budget; journal entries and reforecasting through year end.
• Create monthly summaries of financial results for Supply Chain Leadership, detailing variance drivers (commodity fluctuations, obsolescence).
• Participate in annual budgeting and long-range planning for various business segments.
• Provide analytical support to maintain/increase Inspire and licensee/franchisee profitability; analyze margins and production expenses; perform risk assessments.
• Perform data-driven modeling and analysis on pricing, mix data, and manufacturing variances to support decisions.
• Identify and implement process improvements; develop, automate, and report for critical decision making with stakeholders.
• Support existing and new supply chain initiatives with meaningful financial analysis and act as a business partner to Global Supply Chain teams.
• Manage relationships with suppliers regarding pricing accuracy, obsolescence exposure, and other financial impacts.
