Job summary

Inspire Brands is seeking a Financial Planning & Analysis role focused on Technology analytics to support budgeting, forecasting, and monthly reporting at the Atlanta Global Support Center. You will partner with Technology leaders to project software and contract labor costs and provide actionable insights for decision-making.

The role emphasizes data accuracy, timely reporting, and collaboration across Finance and Technology teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Required: 4-Year degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Required: 2-3+ years of experience in Planning & Analysis.
• Preferred: Master’s Degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting.
• Preferred: 1+ years of Multi-brand corporate or Shared Services experience.

Responsibilities

• Budgeting: Support first-pass execution of G&A and Direct-to-Fund budget with focus on software spend and contract labor management.
• Monthly analyses: Assist in first-pass monthly variance analysis for G&A and Direct-to-Fund costs.
• Forecasting: Collaborate with Technology teams to collect and analyze spend data for forecasts.
• Ad hoc analyses: Support Technology leadership with spend analysis for cost-efficiency opportunities.
• Process Improvement: Propose improvements in planning and reporting processes.
• Diligence: Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reporting deliverables.
