Responsibilities

• Administer all phases of an NCAA Division I women's softball program.
• Develop and supervise student-athletes to maximize individual and team performance.
• Recruit and retain academically and athletically qualified student-athletes with Admissions.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress.
• Promote educational welfare, sportsmanship, and mission alignment.
• Organize training, practices, and game-day contests.
• Coordinate travel and budgeting with Athletics leadership.
• Hire and supervise assistant coaches and manage equipment.
