Lovable in New York seeks a Community Manager, Virtual Spaces to own our virtual programs: webinars, live builds, office hours, virtual buildathons, and microcommunities that reach our global community each week.

You will design and run the engine of Lovable's live sessions, booking hosts, coordinating assets, and ensuring recordings are published to grow engagement across time zones including the US, Brazil, and Europe.

Qualifications

• 6+ years running virtual events or community programs within tech-focused teams.
• Experience hosting live sessions with strong on-camera presence.
• Proven ability to recruit and coach hosts and keep audiences engaged.

Responsibilities

• Own Lovable's virtual programs: webinars, live builds, office hours, and microcommunities.
• Book hosts, write descriptions, manage assets, calendars, and session details.
• Oversee recording, editing, and publishing to the Community Hub.
• Develop scalable, community-led sessions with internal teams and partners.
