Job summary

Princeton Day School is seeking a Varsity Squash Coach and Head of Program to lead our squash program for boys and girls, with a strong emphasis on competitive play, safety, and positive development. The role includes coaching middle school through varsity, and coordinating clinics, tournaments, and camps.

The successful candidate will work under the Director of Athletics and contribute to recruiting, practice planning, and program growth while promoting sportsmanship and academic balance.

Qualifications

• High-level knowledge of squash and ability to condition athletes safely.
• Experience playing and coaching squash at a high level; college/high school experience preferred.
• Ability to structure practices and matches in a competitive and positive manner.
• Excellent administrative and communication skills for interaction with players and families.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Head Varsity Girls and Boys Squash Coach (winter season).
• Coach 6-8th grade squash in PE classes (fall and spring).
• Lead lessons, clinics, and summer camps at Princeton Day School; host tournaments at the school facility.
