Job summary

SquashBusters Providence is seeking a Squash Lead to set the vision for recreational, developmental, and competitive squash across our Providence site. You will lead daily sessions, oversee matches, manage part-time coaching staff, and help create a positive culture for students and families.

Reporting to the Assistant Program Director, you will work with Academic Lead and Program Coordinator to integrate academic and athletic development, while ensuring safety, logistics, and effective program

Qualifications

• Multiple years of squash playing and coaching experience.
• Proven ability to develop programming across pathways.
• Strong leadership and teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Plan, supervise, and direct daily squash sessions with warm-ups and drills.
• Develop player development plans with progression milestones.
• Oversee tournament travel, registration, and on-site coaching.
• Recruit and supervise part-time staff and volunteers.
• Maintain safety standards and facility readiness.
