Qualifications

• Preferred qualifications include prior softball coaching experience, preferably at the high school level.
• Experience leading a coaching staff and developing a program.
• Strong knowledge of softball fundamentals, rules, and player development.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for the North Middlesex Softball Program.
• Plan and conduct organized practices emphasizing skill development and game preparation.
• Develop and implement offensive/defensive strategies and coaching progressions.
• Establish expectations for student-athletes and coaching staff and evaluate personnel.
• Coordinate with assistant coaches to maintain consistent program philosophy.
