Red River Bank in Shreveport, Louisiana, is seeking a qualified candidate to supervise and coordinate teller activities. The role involves training employees in banking procedures, approving checks, and managing cash needs.
The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or GED and at least three years of supervisory experience in money handling. This position requires strong attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
Supervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in receiving and paying out money and keeping records of transactions in banks and similar financial institutions by performing the following duties.
Directly supervises 1 or more employees in the Teller Line. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance.
