As the heartbeat of our operations, you'll not only handle daily financial transactions but also build lasting relationships with our customers. You will be accountable for all cash on premises, train tellers and coordinate their duties. Your role is crucial in making their banking experience enjoyable and efficient. You will be the subject matter expert of all Beacon's products and services. With your finger on the pulse of the branch's rhythm, you'll ensure that every beat counts.

Knowledge and Skills

Experience

Cash handling experience preferred. Sales experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred.

Education/Certifications/Licenses

High School Diploma or GED. Some college classes preferred. Valid Driver's License.

Interpersonal Skills

Great communication skills. Math skills a must. Team player.

Other Skills

Able and willing to learn and master Beacon CU's product/service offering modules (Mike Neill program). Great sales and service skills. Accurate Money Handling Skills.
