Job summary

LEGENDS GLOBAL is seeking a hands-on culinary operations teammate to assist the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in daily kitchen functions at the Hawaii Convention Center. You will maintain sanitary standards, manage small wares inventory, and oversee dish room organization while supervising line-level Stewards.

Key duties include supervising washing, storage, scheduling, and event food flow. This role requires energy, effective communication, and the ability to work extended hours in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of two years of experience in a kitchen environment including one year in a supervisory position.
• Working knowledge of sanitation and cleanliness standards.
• Working knowledge of chemical usage and safe-handling practices.

Responsibilities

• Assist Executive Chef and Sous Chefs in daily culinary operations.
• Maintain sanitary standards and inventory of small wares.
• Supervise line-level Stewards and allocate staff during events.
• Coordinate with facility engineer for equipment maintenance and safety.
