Legends Global operates as a premier partner for live events and venues, and this role supports culinary operations at the Hawaii Convention Center under the Executive Chef. You will supervise production, sanitation, and stewarding, ensuring high standards and kosher compliance across events.

The ideal candidate will have a culinary degree or certified apprenticeship and 2–3 years of management in high-volume settings, with strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency in Word/Excel.

Qualifications

• Culinary degree or certified apprenticeship with 2–3 years management experience in high-volume venues.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to multi-task and prioritize in deadline-driven environments.

Responsibilities

• Support all culinary operations including production, operation, and sanitation across the facility.
• Assist Executive Chef in menu development and Kosher items for Hawaii Convention Center.
• Monitor sanitation, safety, and pest controls; ensure high quality in presentation and taste.
• Control labor and expenses through scheduling, budgeting, purchasing, and inventory within budget.
• Close kitchen duties, communicate daily goals, and ensure timely service.
