Job summary

Responsibilities

• Implement developmentally appropriate curriculum for preschool children
• Supervise children and maintain a safe, organized classroom
• Maintain comprehensive portfolio assessments for each child
• Attend trainings, workshops, and staff meetings to enhance skills
• Collaborate with Site Supervisor and MRDC team to support learning goals
• Refer children with suspected needs to appropriate staff
• Ensure files are complete, confidential, and accurate
