Job summary

The Maryland Rural Development Corporation (MRDC) is a private non-profit organization serving rural, low‑income households. Responsibilities

• Implement behavior plans and IEPs with the team and families.
• Guide and facilitate daily activities, field trips, and classroom setup.
• Maintain a comprehensive portfolio assessment for each child.
