Acelero Learning, Inc. is seeking a Head Start Teacher for the Georgetown, DE site to lead a classroom of 3–5-year-olds, delivering a nurturing, developmentally appropriate program. You will implement child-centered curricula and engage families to support school readiness and learning success.

You will collaborate with staff to assess progress, support diverse learners, and maintain safety and well-being throughout the day. Fall 2026 start with competitive benefits.

Formación

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework.
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively engage with children.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a joyful, inclusive classroom for 3–5-year-old children.
• Implement a child-centered curriculum reflecting the needs, interests, and cultural backgrounds of the children you serve.
• Foster family partnerships through home visits and parent–teacher conferences.
• Support diverse learners, including students with disabilities, by integrating IEPs into daily instruction.
• Document and assess progress using observations and digital tools like CreativeCurriculum.net to individualize instruction.
• Ensure child safety and well-being during meals and play.
