Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent coursework.
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation required.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and actively engage with children throughout the day.

Responsibilities

• Lead a joyful, inclusive classroom that promotes school readiness, literacy, language, and social-emotional development.
• Implement a child-centered curriculum reflecting the needs, interests, and cultural backgrounds of the children.
• Foster family partnerships through home visits, conferences, and involving families in learning.
