Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
• Pass a physical exam and background check.
• Valid driver’s license or reliable transportation.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and actively interact with children.

• Lead a joyful, inclusive classroom promoting school readiness and literacy.
• Implement a child-centered curriculum reflecting children's needs and culture.
