Job summary

Voala is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee multiple classrooms, ensuring the implementation of the curriculum while promoting a positive learning environment. The ideal candidate must possess a BA in ECE/CD, a Site Supervisor Child Development Permit (or in progress), and have at least 2 years of teaching experience.

Qualifications

• Must pass a fingerprint clearance and background check.
• Requires ability to interact with children in a busy environment.
• Health screening at the time of employment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee two or more classrooms and supervise teaching staff.
• Ensure implementation of the program curriculum.
• Review end-of-the-month paperwork for accuracy.

Skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Bilingual English and Spanish (written and verbal)

Mentoring and coaching abilities

Education

BA in ECE/CD or closely related field

Site Supervisor Child Development Permit (or in progress)

24 CD units of ECE/CD
