Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in early childhood education or equivalent.
• Must meet Chapter 122, NJ licensing requirements.
• Must have a car available daily.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities for preschool children.
• Submit weekly curriculum-based lesson plans to Site Director and Education Manager.
• Observe, assess, and document each child's growth and development.
• Maintain records in individual folders and databases for each child.
• Ensure services for children with special needs are implemented.
• Prepare and maintain classroom records and monthly reports for committees.
• Engage parents through classroom activities and meetings at least monthly.
• Attend program trainings and assist with on-site staff training as needed.
