Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with CDA or enroll in CDA program and complete within 2 years.
• CORS pays for educational advancement for motivated individuals with a heart for service.
• Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Early Childhood Service Coordinator, Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families to plan and implement the Head Start program for preschool children.
• Supervise and ensure safety; prepare the learning environment and materials; lead daily activities and routines.
• Assist in developmental screenings and family engagement activities; participate in home visits and parent conferences as needed.

Education

High school diploma or GED with CDA

CDA program completion within 2 years

Associate’s degree or higher in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
