Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Ability to lift 40 pounds and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Head Teacher, Family Advocate, and families to plan and implement the Head Start program for preschool children.
• Prepare learning environments, gather materials, and manage daily routines in the center classroom.
• Support family engagement and male involvement activities throughout the program year.
• Assist with developmental screenings and ensure a safe, healthy, sanitary learning environment.
