Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Head Start Teacher in Bridgeton, NJ to supervise a preschool classroom in alignment with Head Start standards and licensing regulations. Qualifications

• Must have a baccalaureate or advanced degree in early childhood education.
• Must meet the qualification requirements set forth in NJ/PA licensing regulations.
• Must have New Jersey's P-3 certification: CE, CEA, or Standard Cert.
• Must have car available on a daily basis.

Responsibilities

• Plan developmentally appropriate activities per Head Start standards.
• Observe and document each child's growth and development.
• Ensure services to children with special needs are implemented.
• Maintain accurate records and monthly reports.
• Engage parents through monthly activities and conferences.
• Visit the home of each child at least twice per program year; conduct two parent/teacher conferences.
• Assist in training staff and perform administrative duties.
