Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in ECE/CD or enrollment in infant-toddler CDA classes.
• Two years of early childhood classroom experience.
• Two years of supervisory experience.
• Valid Driver’s License and access to a vehicle daily.

Responsibilities

• Provides supervision to the Education Management Team and coordinates with Operations leadership to ensure compliance with Head Start and licensing standards.
• Ensures classroom environments meet curriculum and regulatory standards, organizes materials, and maintains a literacy-rich setting.
• Oversees processes for child assessments, IFSP/IEP alignment, and portfolio development in collaboration with specialists.
• Supports Family/Community Partnership activities, including workshops, conferences, and home visits.
• Develops partnerships with childcare providers and leads trainings to implement Performance Standards.
• Manages transition systems for Early Head Start to Head Start in collaboration with staff and parents.
• Maintains open communications, monitoring systems, and reports as required by Head Start and program guidelines.
