Job summary

The YMCA of Metro Atlanta is seeking a Partnership Specialist to build collaborative relationships with partner family service assistants to ensure Head Start deliverables are met and monitored. You will support school readiness, family well-being, and learning for children aged 0-5 in Head Start and Early Head Start, with a focus on ERSEA, enrollment, and attendance.

This role involves site visits, data reporting, and coordinating training across partnership sites to keep programs compliant

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in social work or related field required.
• Experience in case management and family engagement.
• Proficient basic technology skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Partner FSA to support school readiness and family well-being for 0-5 Head Start.
• Monitor ERSEA, enrollment, attendance, and health compliance at partnership sites.
• Conduct site visits and generate weekly partnership reports.
• Provide training and TA to partnership staff on standards and procedures.
• Enter applications and upload documents to Child Plus as needed.
