Mybrightpoint is seeking a Head Start Maintenance Custodian to keep multiple Head Start facilities in clean, safe condition. You will perform routine cleaning and maintenance in Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Noble, and Whitley counties in Indiana.

The role requires at least two years in custodial work, self-motivation, attention to detail, and a valid Indiana driver’s license. First Aid and CPR certification must be obtained within 12 months of employment.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of custodial or building maintenance experience.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision; self-motivated, detail-oriented, organized and dependable.
• Must obtain First Aid and CPR within twelve (12) months of employment.
• Valid Indiana driver’s license and maintain minimum liability limits on auto insurance.

POSITION: Head Start Maintenance Custodian

LOCATION: Adams, Allen, DeKalb, Huntington, Noble, and Whitley Counties

HOURS: Full-Time - 40 hours- full year

STARTING SALARY: $21.62/hour

JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for keeping internal and external areas of the building thoroughly cleaned and maintained.

JOB DUTIES

Responsible for minor maintenance and repairs at all Head Start facilities.

Maintenance includes, but is not limited to:

• Small equipment and toy repair
• Floor stripping and waxing
• Carpet cleaning
• Vent and light fixture cleaning
• Window cleaning and maintenance

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

• Two years of experience working in custodial work and/or building maintenance preferred.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision, self-motivated, attentive to detail, organized, cooperative, productive, reliable, flexible and dependable.
• Must become First Aid and CPR qualified within twelve (12) months of employment.
• When driving for Brightpoint, the employee must have a valid Indiana driver's license and must maintain minimum liability limits of $100,000/$300,000 on auto insurance.
