Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or related field is Required.
• Extensive knowledge of the Creative Curriculum and developmentally appropriate activities.
• Ability to plan, implement and document child progress within a safe, healthy learning environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement the Creative Curriculum and plan developmentally appropriate activities.
• Supervise classroom staff and assist with staff meetings.
• Document child progress and maintain family and program records.
• Conduct family visits and support access to community resources.
• Promote a positive work environment and ensure health and safety guidelines.
