Responsibilities

• Provide individualized coaching to teaching staff with goal setting and reflective feedback.
• Conduct regular classroom observations to assess practices and environments.
• Model effective teaching strategies during in-class support sessions.
• Support curriculum implementation with fidelity while honoring child needs.
• Develop, implement, and monitor professional development plans.
• Facilitate group trainings on early childhood education and best practices.
• Maintain coaching logs, observation notes, and PD records.
• Analyze observation/assessment data to inform coaching strategies.
• Prepare program monitoring, evaluation, and compliance reports.
• Ensure alignment with Head Start Performance Standards and ELOF.
