Job summary

Dayspring Head Start seeks an Education Supervisor to provide instructional leadership and oversee curriculum implementation across Head Start classrooms. You will coach teachers, monitor classroom quality, and ensure alignment with Head Start standards and school readiness goals.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, supporting professional development, and collaborating with HR and program leadership to recruit and retain qualified education personnel. Travel between sites is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in early childhood education, with at least 1 year in supervision/coaching.
• Deep understanding of Head Start Performance Standards and assessment tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead curriculum implementation and coaching across classrooms.
• Supervise, mentor, and evaluate teaching staff.
• Monitor classroom quality and child outcomes; ensure compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with HR and Program Director for staff recruitment and development.
• Prepare data reports on outcomes and program quality.
