• Education and work experience as specified: ECE Bachelor's degree and 1 year experience; or Bachelor's with 6 ECE courses and 1 year; or Associate’s degree in ECE with 2 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise teachers in daily classroom operations, plan learning environments, routines, and materials.
• Ensure child safety through proper supervision and a safe, healthy learning environment.
• Collaborate with teachers to develop activities promoting children's development.
• Provide growth opportunities through trainings and family/child interactions.
• Assist in developmental screenings and family engagement activities.
• Complete home visits, plans, and conferences to support learning strategies.
• Master regulatory requirements to maintain high program rating.
