Job summary

The role requires supervising staff, conducting home visits, and maintaining compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations while coordinating with Education staff and management.

Qualifications

• Supervises staff and ensures quality lesson plans and home visits.
• Stays current with federal, state and local laws and regulations (Head Start, IDEA, 504).
• Promotes staff development through training and coaching.

Responsibilities

• Conduct home visits with Home Visitors and provide feedback for professional growth.
• Promote staff development and continuous learning via trainings and coaching.
• Review and analyze assessments to plan education activities and improve outcomes.
• Participate in recruitment, proper placement, and transitions of children and families.
